A Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) will be prepared for your review setting a baseline price for your house.  For Example $1,000,000.  If you as the seller enter a listing agreement and Listor secures a buyer within 10% of the price -the full commission is due.If the price is less than 10% and up to 20% a 5% commission is due.
